Sierra View Healthcare Zone 2 Short Term: Flores Ahead by 17 Votes

PORTERVILLE, Tulare County — November 4, 2026. Sierra View Local Healthcare District’s Zone 2 short-term election remains closely divided.

Current unofficial count

Martha A. Flores holds 777 votes and Dawn Bennett 760, an early difference of 17 votes.

What the result means

This is a healthcare district governance position, not a Porterville city-government office. The small zone-level electorate and outstanding ballots make certification essential before describing the result as final.

When new numbers are expected

The numbers above describe Tulare County’s November 4 early-morning election-night results, corroborated by local reporting and ABC30 election tables published November 4. They are not November 5 canvass updates. The county says its first post-election results update is scheduled for November 5 by 6 p.m. Pacific. Further valid mail, provisional and conditional registration ballots may alter rankings before certification.
